This growth center in the Bina town of the Sagar District is coming up in the neighborhood of the Bharat project that is expected to coverhaul the and the economic scenario of the region & the State. While the main refinery project and other downstream projects and the power plant with a projected investment of Rs. 10,000 crores is to come up over an area of 4000 hectares, the Naugaon growth center itself is a project with an investment of Rs. 5 Crores and shall come up in an area of 40 hectares.
